Weymede is situated next to the River Wey. The Estate owns its own piece of the River which is for the private use of Residents only.
Included in the many beautiful characteristics of the Span estates is the devotion to greenery throughout; with open and well maintained areas of grass and trees as well as lovingly planted boarders. This combined with the the incredible design of the houses awards a spacious and relaxed feeling of tranquillity. Here is a handful of pictures taken during a walk round the estate.
