By now you may have realised that Weymede is a great place to live, which is perhaps why you have clicked on this page: to see what is available.
Residents often remain on the
estate for many years, even moving from one area of the estate to another.
Therefore, despite there being 141 properties in Weymede, it is not unusual for
there to be no properties for sale at all at any one time.

As new houses are built and people generally find they have less space for their money, and any communal areas often present a sorry comparison with our woody green 'nature-reserve' type environment, life on Weymede is becoming increasingly sought after. House prices are therefore being seen to increase above properties of the same size in the surrounding areas. Below are a few examples of the types of properties Weymede has available.

Important Note: Having said the above, due to local estate agents having little or no idea about Span Houses, or even modern architecture in general, for a number of years properties on Weymede have been sold for their 'bricks 'n mortar' value, with no consideration for the architectural side. This has resulted in lower houses prices than would be expected for these type of houses, and this is demonstrated when compared with other Span estates which reach higher prices; and in not as good location and lacking the stunning grounds Weymede has to offer.
Therefore Weymede has joined up with experts in selling and marketing The modern House, with a view to obtaining the types of prices Span houses warrant, while attracting the type of clientele who wish to own a modern style house.
